Cove Homes are developing a housing site in the heart of Liphook, Hampshire bringing 120 new homes to the area. We began works on the site in October 2015; the homes have been broken down across three phases and will continue into 2018.

Our scaffold is progressively erected for a traditional build – the scaffold is based out, boarded and hand-railed. Once the brickwork is built up to level, the next lift of scaffold is erected and this continues throughout the build. A loading bay and ladder tower is installed on each plot, with ladder and gates for access. On the first floor, a birdcage is erected to enable the roof trusses to be installed, this is for fall protection. Propping is positioned to support the floor, for the extra weight of the birdcage and loadings.
