Les is the founder and still a director within the business which he set up in 1984! The opportunity arose after being owed wages from the company he was working for, so the debt was settled with a lorry and some materials in lieu of payment. Liddiard Scaffolding grew steadily from there onwards, and now Les is able to take more a back seat role within the company that he built up from scratch over 30 years ago.
Rob has been the Managing Director of Liddiard Scaffolding since 2005, he began working for the company at the age of sixteen and progressed his way through the company.
He has a wealth experience from working in the construction industry over the last 20 years and has continued to develop these skills since his move in to the office.
Rob now holds NEBOSH 'Health and Safety in Construction & Management of Health and Safety' certificates. He is also working towards his teaching certification to be able to assist the construction industry in COTS courses.
Kelly joined the Liddiard Scaffolding office back in 2000 as an Office Junior after leaving school. Through gaining a large volume of qualifications and skills in Business, Administration and Accounts she is now the company’s Director of Finance and Company Secretary. Along with her impressive list of qualifications Kelly also holds a certificate in professional competence in road haulage. Stuart began working for Liddiard Scaffolding in 1997 as a scaffolder, he made the move from ‘the tools’ to office in 2012. He is now a Contract’s Manager based in our Petersfield depot and after completing his SMSTS course he assists Rob with all Health and Safety matters.

Dave joined the Liddiard Scaffolding team back in 2014. With 30 years experience in the industry, Dave has a wealth of knowledge with both site contracts and man management. He has helped progress the operational side of the company, introducing new systems which are working well.

Bob began his career within the scaffolding industry in 1972, working as a qualified scaffolder. After gaining SMSTS and an Advanced Scaffold Inspection qualification and after nearly 30 years of industry experience, Bob decided to join the office team and continues to thrive in this environment at Liddiard Scaffolding Ltd.
Brett began his career with Liddiard Scaffolding in 2002. He has worked his way up over the years and obtained his advanced scaffolder ticket in 2015, during 2019 he will be transitioning into the office as our new supervisor.
