Temporary Roof scaffold

At the start of 2024, Liddiard Scaffolding was commissioned to deliver a temporary roof scaffold solution at Amelia Court, Worthing, West Sussex, a purpose-built assisted living facility. This project was carried out for McCarthy Stone.

Our team successfully erected the beam sections of the temporary roof using the Layher Keder XL Roof System. Each beam was carefully lowered into position, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the installation.

This project demonstrates Liddiard Scaffolding’s expertise in delivering complex, high-quality scaffolding solutions tailored to the needs of sensitive and occupied sites.

Scope of work:

  • Temporary roof installation

  • Beam erection using Layher Keder XL Roof System

  • Safe and precise installation on a live construction site
