Liddiard Scaffolding is proud to provide scaffolding for a luxury new build in Hampshire at Candover Manor, a high-end bespoke property in Lower Wield, Alresford. We’re working in partnership with Earlsgate, part of the prestigious Finchatton Group, to support the construction of this elegant Georgian-style country house.

This is our second project with Earlsgate, following successful scaffolding works at Park House in South Warnborough. We’re also providing scaffolding services at The Purefoy Arms in Preston Candover, further strengthening our relationship with one of the UK’s top-tier developers.

Expert Scaffolding for High-End Residential Projects

Designed by Francis Terry and Associates, Candover Manor draws inspiration from historic farmsteads typical of the Hampshire countryside. The property includes subtle Victorian touches, such as a traditional iron porch, and is built using a palette of brick, flint, painted weatherboard, and clay tiles – materials carefully chosen to reflect the local architectural heritage.

Spanning 10,433 sq ft (969.2 sq m), this impressive home includes:
