This property is being given a new lease of life by it’s current owners. The are refurbishing and extending this listed rectory at the foot of the South Downs in Hampshire.

The scaffold required is tube and fit with a full temporary roof using tin for the roof and monoflex to sheet the sides. The program was very tight and we had 6 weeks in total to erect and encapsulate in time for bat surveys. The structure was complicated due to rear extensions at different angles and required spline beams that were lifted in place by Southern Cranes successfully.
