This new build property is based in Henley, near Haslemere, in Surrey. This site has ongoing scaffolding works running for approximately 20 weeks. This project is a timber frame construction carried out by Scandia Haus, with whom we are working very closely with to ensure the best for the client.

The entire perimeter scaffold had to be erected in full before the timber frame company could commence erecting walls and roof. We have used X-tenda 4+3 transoms, which allows the inside boards to be removed easily for the blockwork and render adaptions. Using the X-tenda transoms, means that there is no need for major adaptions to the scaffold structure for other works. There was also a need for dead shore scaffold from parts of the basement to the underside of ground floor block and beam floor.
